C.Parris - Chairman
Mr. Leroy Parris is the Executive Chairman of CLICO
Holdings Barbados Ltd, the Parent company of CMFC. He is also the
Chairman of CMFC’s Board of Directors. Mr. Parris is a leader
in the insurance industry and is one of a select group of persons
worldwide to have been admitted to life time membership of the Million
Dollar Round Table. CLICO Holdings (Barbados) Ltd controls and directs
the group’s operations in Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean. |

Leslie F.Haynes
QC - Director
Mr. Leslie Haynes is a practicing attorney at law
and Queens Council. He operates a successful law practice in Barbados
and is a longstanding director of CMFC. He also serves on several
other boards within the Clico group in Barbados. |

Vishnu Ramlogan
- Director
Mr. Vishnu Ramlogan joined the CMFC board in 2001
as a non executive director. Mr. Ramlogan is a distinguished Trinidadian
citizen who worked for many years as a lecturer in management with
the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine. Mr. Ramlogan also
serves on the boards of several companies in Trinidad and is a past
Chairman of the First Citizens Bank of Trinidad & Tobago. |

Anthony G.Ellis
- Director
Mr. Anthony Ellis joined CMFC’s Board of
Directors in 2003 as a non executive director. He is a chartered accountant
with over 30 years experience. At the time of his retirement in 2002,
Mr. Ellis was the Managing Director of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Barbados. |

Terrence A.Thornhill
- Director
Mr. Terrence Thornhill is the President of Clico
Holdings (Barbados) Ltd. Mr. Thornhill is a chartered accountant (ACCA)
and also holds the FCCA designation. Mr. Thornhill sits on the boards
of several companies within the Barbados group. |

Marshall - Director
Mr. Marshall joined the CMFC Board in 2001 as a
non executive director. He is a retired banker with over thirty (30)
years experience with Barclays Bank. When he retired, he was Barclays’
Barbados Director. Mr. Marshall is also a director of the Clico Balanced
Fund Inc, President of the Barbados Cricket Association and a director
of the West Indies Cricket Board. |

Woodbine A.Davis
OBE, QC - Director
Mr. Woodbine Davis is the immediate past Chairman
of the Board of Directors of CMFC. Mr. Davis, who is also a retired
Solicitor General of Barbados, is the distinguished holder of the
Order of the British Empire (OBE), which was bestowed on him by Queen
Elizabeth II in her 2001 Birthday Honours List for his contribution
to the legal profession. Mr. Davis also serves on the Boards of several
other companies within the CLICO group in Barbados. |
